The Background

Hi My Name is Simon Holland and I’m a U.K. born Tradesman with 32 years experience in the construction Industry.

I am a City and Guilds fully qualified Plasterer and Decorator, and dry liner, this qualification also includes Paper hanging. 

I am mainly a kitchen and bathroom installer. With tiling and plumbing included.

I’ve fitted kitchens and bathrooms as my main trade since I started as an apprentice with my father in 1992, who was a successful kitchen installer himself.

Whilst in The UK I ran a successful Kitchen Fitting partnership alongside My Father who eventually was my work and business partner for 22 years successfully.

I moved to Menorca Spain in Nov 2014 with my Wife and Three Children to live permanently.

I now have 9 successful years working on the island, with a portfolio of kitchens and bathrooms I’ve installed, villas I’ve refurbished, re tiled, including major building work, with walls removed etc, also a lot of painting And plastering.

I also run a bespoke villa management company alongside Kim my wife, with a portfolio of private properties we now manage full time.
